Hi from the REAL Solutions, Inc. Team.

Lots of us have been "in conflict" before. Lots of us are in conflict regularly. At REAL, we have been "in" the domain of conflict resolution for as long as we can remember. And yes, even those of us who are "specialists" in conflict have issues, challenges and barriers to overcome. Our years of experience as full-time 'fly on the wall' support for others and each other mean we are a very specialized, highly experienced and respected team, specializing in dispute resolution, system development, training, performance management, team building, coaching and consultation. We have the information, resources, tools and can provide the support and coaching to rehabilitate partnerships and teams, and to train individuals.
