Our Values

We love our REAL culture – our values are how we measure our success as a healthy and happy team… and we work hard to share it with our clients, community, work and learning environments.

Here’s a closer look at what REAL means for us.

REAL values incorporate the concept that collaboration, sharing and growth  are fun – like a game of ‘connect the dots’ you know there is something worthwhile at the end even though you may not be at all aware at the beginning what will show up when we’re done – but progress is easy and the results are clear: once revealed, the transformation is easily understood and appreciated.

Second, you have to work a bit, but resolving to navigate through and across barriers to make connections toward new states, places and ways is a great fit for We Coach: all four REAL values related to activities crucial for both coaches and clients.

Third, the colours click!  Red because conflict, change and challenge requires a bit of heat, urgency, passion.  We help people and teams harness the energy of that to motivate achievement and performance.  Black signifies strength and white, clarity.
